FrameHotel's spa was built around a single idea: that rest is easier when the view doesn't ask anything of you. Every treatment room, the sauna and the infinity pool all face the water, so the horizon becomes part of the therapy — not a backdrop to it.

Days here are unhurried by design. Arrive early for the thermal pool, linger in the quiet lounge with tea between treatments, and let the last appointment run long if it needs to.

Movement Studio

Daily sunrise yoga and guided breathwork in a light-filled studio above the cliffs.

Quiet Lounge

A book-lined relaxation room with herbal tea service and ocean views.

Open daily, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm

The thermal pool and quiet lounge are reserved for guests aged 16 and over. We recommend booking treatments at least 48 hours ahead during peak season.
