Directions & travel notes

From San Francisco International (SFO)
A 40-minute drive south along Highway 1. Complimentary valet parking is available on arrival; a chauffeured transfer can be arranged for guests in The Lantern Suite.
From Downtown San Francisco
Approximately 55 minutes by car via Highway 1, or 75 minutes by SamTrans public transit plus a short taxi.
Parking
Complimentary valet parking and EV charging are included for all overnight guests.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Are pets welcome at FrameHotel?

We welcome well-behaved dogs in select ground-floor rooms for a $75 per-stay fee. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Is parking available on site?

Yes, complimentary valet parking is included for all overnight guests, along with EV charging stations in our main lot.

Do I need a reservation for The Lantern Room?

We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend dinners. Hotel guests can reserve directly through the concierge or via our online booking link.

Can non-guests book spa treatments?

Yes — our spa and thermal pool are open to day guests by appointment, subject to availability. Hotel guests receive priority booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Peak-season and package bookings may carry a longer cancellation window, noted at checkout.
